“Luwombo: This dish consists of beef or chicken or ground nuts sauce with vegetable wrapped in banana leaves and steamed to perfection with just the right amount of salt.
Rolex: is a beloved street food. It consists of an omelette wrapped in a freshly made chapatti. We now have beef or chicken rolex’.
Matooke: Is a green banana that is peeled and steamed to perfection. It is them mashed and served with sauces like chicken, fish, or beef stews or groundnut sauce
Nyama choma: This is barbequed meat mainly goat’s meat, chicken or beef’’
